1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing and using Mail Lana software, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our software.

2. License Grant

Upon payment, you receive a lifetime license to use Mail Lana. This includes:

• Personal or commercial use
• Installation on one device at a time
• Access to all current features
• Future updates and improvements

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Only email people who have given appropriate permission to be contacted
• Include a clear unsubscribe option in your campaigns and honor unsubscribe requests
• Comply with the terms of your SMTP/email provider
• Comply with applicable anti-spam and privacy laws in your region and your recipients' regions
• Not share, resell, or redistribute your license
• Use the software only for legal purposes

4. Email Provider & Deliverability

Mail Lana sends email through your own SMTP account. It does not provide email accounts or SMTP servers. Sending limits, delivery, spam filtering and account suspensions are controlled by your email provider and by the receiving mail servers. We are not responsible for blocked, delayed or undelivered emails, blacklisting, or any suspension of your email account or domain.

5. Tracking System & Your Data

Open, click, unsubscribe and website-subscription tracking uses optional tracking files that you install on your own website or server. You are responsible for hosting, securing and maintaining that server. Open tracking depends on email apps loading tracking images, so open statistics are estimates. Your contacts, campaigns and settings are stored locally on your computer; you are responsible for keeping your own backups and for how you collect, store and use your contacts' data.

6. No Warranty

The software is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee any particular delivery, open, click or sales results, or that the software will meet all your requirements. Email providers and mail clients may change their rules at any time, which could affect your campaigns.

7. Limitation of Liability

Mail Lana and its creators are not liable for any damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption arising from use of this software.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Mail Lana to:

• Send spam or unsolicited bulk email
• Send phishing, scam, deceptive or illegal content
• Send offensive content or content that infringes others' rights
• Violate any local, national, or international laws
• Violate the rules of your email provider
• Resell or redistribute the software

9. Updates and Support

We provide updates to maintain compatibility and fix issues. Support is provided on a best-effort basis through the support channel for your purchase. We do not guarantee response times.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved appropriately.
